Billy was born in a very small town in South Carolina, Greer February 12th 1958, Up to that date t was the largest snowfall in South Carolina on record 24, inches.  His father was a champion amateur golfer, so he was swinging a golf club by the age of 6, he  did play other sports growing up, football, baseball and basketball but by the age of 12 he put all his efforts into Golf. He has been in the P.G.A. of America since 1978 and was elected to Class “A” membership in 1986, 38 years as a class “A”. He has been The Head Golf Professional at 6 different clubs and General Manager of two. He has 2 beautiful daughters, Miranda Wall 37 years old and Jessica Hinson 31 years old. They each have 1 child, his granddaughter Jaycie is 12 years old and his grandson Riggs will be 1 year old February 5th. He has won 3 Professional golf tournaments (when he was young and everything didn’t hurt), he Just recently shot his age (66) for the second time this year.He has worked at Grand Haven GC since May 2015, and he knows this is the best membership I have ever worked for.
