Felix Silva was born and raised in Spanish Harlem, New York City. He came from a big family of

seven siblings (five sisters and two brothers). He lived in Yonkers, Queens and the Bronx, so you can say he was New York bred!!! He graduated from Brooklyn Technical School majoring in electronics which led to him working for AT&T.

 

He bought his first home in Old Bridge, NJ in 1985 then built an estate in Monroe, New Jersey. He retired from AT&T as a sales manager at 48 years old after dedicating 28 years to “Ma Bell.” His second retirement was from PNC Bank as a branch manager.

 

Felix and his beautiful wife Linda have been married over forty years. They have four children and seven grandchildren with the oldest beginning college and the youngest in pre-school.

 

Felix and Linda moved to Grand Haven in August 2013 where he has enjoyed golfing with the MGA and other groups throughout the week. They currently live in Island Estates in the Hammock. His hobbies include golf, fishing, reading, and travel, having been to Puerto Rico (to visit family), Hungary, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain and Italy.
